Position Overview : Heating Sales and Service Manager
As the Heating Sales and Service Manager at Tortorella Heating & Gas LLC, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate heating sales and service operations to unprecedented levels of success. Your role is pivotal, encompassing multifaceted responsibilities that span from devising and executing comprehensive sales strategies to ensuring exceptional service delivery and unwavering customer satisfaction.
In this capacity, you will lead our team in crafting and implementing innovative strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and propelling market expansion. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and cultivate essential client-builder relationships to broaden our customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies with our Operational and Revenue Leads to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
Product Knowledge and Expertise
Five plus years of experience in the propane industry
Unwavering service to Tortorella’s amazing customers
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Develop and manage budgets for the heating division, optimizing resource allocation for maximum profitability.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, service metrics, and financial results.
Emphasize and enforce safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Location :
Compensation and Benefits : Salary range : $80,000- $90,000. In accordance with New York’s Pay Transparency Law, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The listed salary range reflects the base pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses or equity, as applicable.
