About the Role

The Company is in search of dedicated Board Members for a Sustainable Non-Profit Entity and Endowment. The successful candidates will be instrumental in the establishment of a long-term, sustainable model for environmental conservation, with a focus on perpetually preserving flora and fauna, supporting park operations, and enhancing the communities surrounding the parks. This pivotal role demands strategic vision, leadership, and a deep passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities for the Board Members include collaborating on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, advising on the non-profit's optimal structure and governance, and contributing to international expansion plans. The role also involves overseeing the use of funds, particularly in alignment with strategic priorities such as operations, maintenance, education, research, and community outreach. Applicants must have senior-level experience in corporate governance, environmental conservation, fundraising, or non-profit management, and possess expertise in intellectual property management, financial stewardship, and international non-profit operations. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, as well as a demonstrated commitment to initiatives that positively impact communities and biodiversity.
