As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance. Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plans territory / account approach and manages own resources.
• Assists in training new team members.
• Assists in creating account development plans.
• Performs inventory management for customer-specific material.
• Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative.
• Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority / opportunity to set and negotiate product / service terms.
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
