Job Description

This onsite role offers the opportunity to tackle complex engineering projects in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, combining technical work with the lifestyle benefits of the western slope. About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Glenwood Springs, CO office. In this role, you will :

Draft and design civil engineering plans with strong CAD proficiency
Support site development projects, including grading and drainage design
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate, timely work
Prepare technical drawings, models, and reports to support project execution
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred

2–3 years of civil engineering experience

Strong drafting and CAD proficiency (must have)

Site development, grading, and drainage experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
