Job description

SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS ANALYST

Location : Dania Beach, FL

Schedule : Hybrid - Monday-Thursday In Office, Friday Work from Home

Salary : $90,000 - 120,000

What the Senior Financial Analyst will do…

  • Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support
  • Lead components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
  • Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical efficiency
  • Support board materials, investor communications, and strategic planning documents
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury

    • What the company needs in a Senior Financial Analyst :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting
  • Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
