As a Sr. Project Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading key Divisional NPI programs with cross-functional teams to deliver new products to our customers
• Collaborating with business management, stakeholders, and project team members to refine project scope, and overseeing development of complete project plans.
• Creating a culture of collaboration, teamwork and success with the team, our customers and stakeholders.
• Mentoring existing and potential future team leaders within the business unit and division. Conduct training in project leadership skills as needed.
• Working with cross functional team to identify ways and implement actions to improve our NPI processes to help accelerate NPI launches and commercialization to meet aggressive NPI goals.

Work location : This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic / international
