About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, concepts, and practices
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• General knowledge of healthcare industry policies and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skills in problem identification, evaluation, and resolution
• Commitment to ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality

Description :

Provide nursing care to patients in a home health setting.

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

Document patient progress and care provided.

Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Manage wound care and various medical devices as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations.

Build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare professionals.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
