Our Accelerated Sales Program is designed for sales professionals outside our industry to quickly accelerate their sales career. For an exciting opportunity to join our sales team, apply today! / ppWhy join the Accelerated Sales Program at White Cap? / ppThe Accelerated Sales Program is a comprehensive, sales-specific training program designed to fast-track the growth and development of new Outside Sales Representatives / Account Managers. Participants will work closely with White Cap sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to develop the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in outside sales. / ppAn Account Manager Accelerated Sales Program / pulliParticipates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the White Caps business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills. / liliPrepares and executes account plans. / liliSells White Cap value proposition and products. / liliLearns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers. / liliEnters and processes customer orders. / liliPerforms other duties as assigned. / liliThis position requires operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 80% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
