Key Responsibilities
Lead hiring for Design teams, partnering with hiring managers to influence decisions and align recruiting priorities
Source design talent through creative channels and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Build scalable recruiting processes and emphasize diversity in hiring practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Product Design and / or Creative recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups
Proven track record of filling various levels of Product Design and Creative roles
Experience operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process
Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
