Administrative Assistant, Safety Team

Overview

The administrative assistant to the safety team will be participating in the organization and efficiency of day to day team operations and department projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program research and To include but not limited to training, awareness, and preparations for conferences.
• Manage and populate lists and tables, trending data as needed.
• Data entry as required.
• Assist with audits, safety systems, environmental program, policies and procedures.
• Assist with tracking progress and completion of corrective actions regarding incidents, accident, and observations.
• Document preparation including but not limited to writing up articles and applications.
• Assist compiling presentations.
• File electronically and physically as needed.
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
• Complete various administrative tasks assigned by multiple departments within the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Normal office hours are 8 : 00 m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
