The role reports directly to the Swim School Director.
Responsibilities :
Ensure all Leaders are submitting daily reportsCommunicate with Swim School Director about changes needed to the lesson plansResponsible for staff scheduling in ConnectTeamMonthly meetings with the Swim School Director to discuss the swim departmentConduct semi-annual reviews as they come upMonitor new hire online learning with the help of the Training Coordinator and schedule new hire in-water trainingEnsure safety weeks and theme weeks are set up the Saturday beforeQualifications :
