Remote Proofreader

A company is looking for a Freelance Proofreader to join their team in a remote part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Proofread a variety of content including digital copy, marketing collateral, and technical files

Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors while ensuring accuracy of facts and terminology

Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and provide feedback to enhance content clarity and effectiveness

Qualifications

5+ years of professional proofreading experience, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, legal, or finance

Exceptional mastery of English grammar and syntax with strong attention to detail

Experience proofreading technical, marketing, and digital content

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently

Must use own equipment and be comfortable working fully remote
