As an Associate, PCO Analytics, you’ll play a key role in supporting Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) by transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll help analyze marketing performance, member engagement, and operational trends to inform strategic decisions and improve health outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to drive meaningful impact in healthcare.
Role Responsibilities
Analyze campaign performance, member engagement, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Leverage dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators and develop insights.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
Assist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and contribute to presentations that influence decision‑making.
Document methodologies and maintain data dictionaries to support transparency and repeatability.
Design and evaluate experiments (A / B, multivariate, causal inference).
Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Your work will help Humana deliver more personalized, effective care experiences to members through data‑informed strategies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, marketing, business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience applying data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcare.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL, R, or Python.
Experience with predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regressions, decision trees).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, primary care, or population health analytics.
Understanding of campaign performance metrics and member segmentation.
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID).
Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
Work at Home Information
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections can only be used if approved by leadership.
Associates who live and work from home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide telephone equipment appropriate to meet business requirements.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year.
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based on company and / or individual performance.
