Job descriptionCollaborate with the General Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently. Lead a team in delivering stellar customer service and upholding the brand's exceptional standards. Oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal labor force for all shifts while managing labor costs. Maintain food safety compliance and ensure exemplary food quality for Chick-fil-A’s signature offerings. Coach, counsel, and develop team members while inspiring a high-performing work environment. Handle employee relations and enforce compliance with company and airport regulations. Oversee key administrative functions like inventory control, sales analysis, and P&L reporting. Act as the liaison for employee security clearance and airport badging requirements. Competitive annual salary within the $65,000 range. Bonus eligibility. Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel / Restaurant Management preferred (an equivalent combination of experience and education is acceptable).
- ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or eligibility to attain it.
- Proficiency in operational dimensions – inventory control, food safety, personnel management, and more.
- Experience with cash handling and loss prevention.
- Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, basic math, and recordkeeping.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions, including standing for long periods and working in variable temperature environments.
- Must pass an airport-mandated FBI Criminal Background Check.
- Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
