Active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing) Minimum 3 years of business litigation experience in a law firm setting. Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in depositions, hearings, and client communications preferred.. Associate Attorney (Business Litigation), Newport Beach, CA
We are helping a highly desired and successful law firm in Newport Beach, CA, find an experienced business litigation associate.
Salary : $145K-$245K DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a broad range of business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex business and commercial law issues.
- Manage discovery, including depositions, e-discovery, interrogatories, and document review.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Advise clients on case strategies, risks, and potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
