We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing / Proposal Assistant to join our Water / Wastewater Engineering team in our Baltimore, MD office.
This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office
Responsibilities :
This person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator, to support the development and production of proposals, presentations, and contract administration for awarded projects.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, high energy and responsive with excellent writing / proofreading and graphic / page layout skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required
- Proficient in business and technical writing and editing
- Background in writing / proofreading required
- Experience in the A / E / C and / or Environmental industry preferred
- Possess a strong and clear professional communication style
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Proficient in desktop publishing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written communications)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a high volume production environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problems
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective time management skills
