About the Role

This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage storefront content for Korean-English and Korean language storefronts, develop targeted content aligned with company-wide campaigns and SKU strategies based on customer lifecycle stages (e.g. loyalty members, students)
• Collaborate with Merchandising to align content strategies with customer segmentation and retention goals, improving conversion and repeat purchase rates
• Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, brand-consistent content to drive engagement and sales.
• Create video and photo content of food items that can be found and purchased on Weee! (deliverables : Video itself, GIFs, photos etc)
• Develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue
• Monitor daily banners, email automations and data processes, troubleshoot when necessary
• Analyze performance data to identify underperforming content, optimize accordingly, and report monthly KPIs and segment insights.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to the Market leader
• Communicate and prioritize tasks on projects with Product, Data, Marketing, Merchandising teams
• Provide Korean translations to support cross-functional initiatives
