Key Responsibilities

• Leads development of field medical plan that is both product specific & disease-area focused and in appropriate alignment with Hematology / Oncology, translating appropriate strategies into effective US Medical launch and life cycle management activities.
• Active leadership and participation as core member on the US Hematology / Oncology leadership team and closely collaborating and partnering with worldwide counterparts to craft the HOM plan that ensures US market needs are addressed.
• Transparent communication and close collaboration with US Access (HEOR) organizations to integrate medical perspectives into the commercialization process and ensure appropriate alignment between commercial and medical.
• Externally focused and connected to high impact external influencers to identify & translate key insights.
• Leadership of TA aligned field-facing resources that provide them with the necessary coaching to ensure customer objectives are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Compensation Overview

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $275,200 USD - $333,500 USD, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
