As we grow, we are looking for an Engineering Manager – SAP Integrations Team to join us as a close partner to our CTO, helping shape the foundation of our technology and leading key strategic initiatives.

About The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our integrations with SAP ERP systems. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll lead a team of engineers dedicated to building and maintaining these integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with customer needs.

You'll work closely with Product, Architecture, and other Engineering teams to ensure integration solutions support our broader product and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Leadership : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with SAP ERP systems, particularly S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud.
• Hands-on Engineering : Contribute directly to engineering efforts, modeling best practices and supporting your team on complex technical challenges.
• Team Management : Support and grow a high-performing team of engineers by fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Collaboration & Execution : Build strong partnerships with SAP Engineering and Product leadership. Work cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and business teams to align integration solutions with company objectives.
