About the Opportunity

As the Product Manager for Veza Lifecycle Management product, you'll work with various internal stakeholders and customers to define, refine and execute the product vision for Veza's next-generation Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) offerings.

Lifecycle Management allows customers to orchestrate the creation, activation, and deactivation of user accounts and setting of entitlements across applications and resources to ensure users are granted the appropriate level of access based on their role and position in the organization.

Lifecycle Management also helps customers ensure that every user - starting from first joining the organization to subsequent changes in role and responsibilities to moving between teams to finally departing the organization - are always granted consistently and verifiably correct access across applications and resources.

You Will :

  • Prioritize product vision, customer and field enhancement requests to create and maintain an on-going roadmap that continues to deliver a world-class Lifecycle Management product
  • Work across Engineering teams to create project plans to track and deliver to the defined roadmap vision
  • Provide enabling content and demos for the Product and Field Marketing and Sales teams to quickly allow them to incorporate new Lifecycle Management functionality into their campaigns and sales plays
  • Interface with Customer Success to assess and continually improve all aspects of customer adoption of Lifecycle Management products
  • Serve as a product evangelist with thought leadership, blogging, social media posts, and speaking at industry events
  • Understand the competitive landscape as an input for IGA product planning, enabling near-term differentiation and building a long-term competitive moat

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience :
  • Bringing 6-8+ years of experience in B2B product management
  • Knowledgeable of authorization, authentication, identity management, or identity governance and administration
  • Proven product management experience at a high-growth start-up
  • Willing and able to travel and meet with key stakeholders quarterly
  • Passionate about delivering the highest quality products and user experiences that lead to delighted users and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Able to thrive when managing multiple work-streams simultaneously and under tight timeline pressure to deliver
  • Comfortable leading, influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success & Support, Sales & SE, etc.
  • Familiar with market-leading identity management platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, Ping Identity, OneLogin, or others;

familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, etc. is an added plus.

  • Degree in Computer Science and / or an MBA
  • Professional experience at cybersecurity and / or identity-related companies
  • Demonstrated track record of ambition, drive, and achievement
  • Experience delivering SaaS products

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped.

Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills.

In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
