Microsoft Dynamics Senior Developer

A company is looking for a MS Dynamics Senior Developer to design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365

Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements and automate processes

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)

Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
