Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple open roles, including job postings and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to manage application tracking and support workforce expansion projects
Assist with HR initiatives, including employee relations, policy guidance, and maintaining HR documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 3+ years of HR generalist or recruiting experience
Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience collaborating across departments and with diverse teams
Familiarity with HRIS systems and awareness of employment law and union environments are beneficial
Highly organized and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
