Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years in Retail Sales Management. Must take the initiative, be self-directed, and use time management. Ability to process information quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and effective leadership skills. A warm and friendly personality. Professional appearance. Ability to achieve goals and exceed expectations. Fashion and Style oriented. Detailed with strong follow-up and follow-through skills. Basic computer knowledge is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment. Schedule flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and most holidays. We are a drug-free work environment.
