Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Performance Operations Manager
The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Performance Operations Team is focused on enhancing the customer experience and delivery quality across the DSP network. This team collaborates with various programs to ensure the health of the network and mitigate risks to Amazon. The DSP Performance Ops team is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. This role will lead a team of performance specialists in managing performance trends of Delivery Associates across North America. Key responsibilities include providing feedback and performance reviews, building collaborative relationships with program managers, overseeing projects related to SOP improvements, presenting operational call-outs to leadership, managing process improvement projects, supporting and motivating the team, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational programs.
A day in the life of a Performance Operations Manager involves leading the team, making high-judgment decisions with strategic implications for Amazon, and diving into issues to identify trends and potential risks. Managers will frequently engage with skip level managers, executives, and their team. This is a dynamic environment where leaders will thrive.
Basic qualifications include 4+ years of operational and / or retail management experience, 2+ years of team management experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, experience with process improvement and quality measures, and 3+ years of employee and performance management experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with operations, risk, fraud investigations, six sigma tools, Lean techniques, and sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $49,500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $88,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
