Detailed Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated MES Support Specialist to provide 24 / 7 shop floor support, including nights and weekends. This role is critical in supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operators, resolving incidents in real-time, and ensuring uninterrupted production operations. Experience with MES systems in a manufacturing or pharma environment.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight and weekends.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide real-time support to MES operators on the shop floor across all shifts, including night and weekend rotations.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to MES systems promptly.

Document issues and escalate to Tier 2 or Engineering teams as needed.

Maintain strong communication with production teams to minimize downtime.

Follow GMP, safety, and compliance procedures.

Requirements :

Experience with MES systems in a manufacturing or pharma environment.
