$4.5B business today, yet the opportunity still ahead of us is much larger. Although we deliver a category-leading online DIY tax software for nearly 40M filers, there are still 85M American consumers who spend too much time and money on inefficient and expensive tax prep services.

Responsibilities

This Group Product Manager role will lead the Core PM team responsible for delivering our flagship TurboTax DIY product experiences on stationary and mobile web. This team is responsible for driving innovation and experiences to ensure critical tax law changes are understandable and actionable for millions of consumers; innovating on our Core customer journeys to improve conversion; determining how to drive clarity and confidence for users in tax filing; and being the voice of high-quality usability excellence across the product. The Group Product Manager will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy, prioritizing opportunities, and articulating a clear execution path for delivering these experiences. This role will require partnership with multiple internal organizations including our other PM innovation teams, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Tax, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role shapes the future direction of TurboTax; represents our Core experiences to leadership and has the latitude to shape and determine the roadmap to meet our customer and business objectives. Qualifications

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Southern California,CA : $ 214,500 - 290,000 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
