Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the marketing strategy, customer experience, and execution for our first-of-its-kind lending product that helps TurboTax customers access short-term liquidity with the confidence of refund-based repayment. In this role, you'll partner across Product, Marketing, Risk, Design, and Engineering to drive customer growth and optimize the TTFA journey from acquisition through repayment. You'll own the end-to-end marketing funnel, help define the customer targeting strategy, and ensure that our product experiences and communications deliver measurable impact. You'll play a key role in scaling our lending product from its early alpha phase into a growth-stage product that strengthens the flywheel to TurboTax and drives Intuit's fintech strategy forward.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the marketing strategy and customer experience for the lending product across CRM, digital, and in-product channels.
• Own and optimize end-to-end funnel performance from awareness to conversion to retention.
• Define and execute the customer targeting and segmentation strategy, balancing acquisition efficiency with customer quality and loss rate management.
• Partner with Risk, Engineering, and Design to shape customer-facing messaging and disclosures that drive clarity, trust, and compliance.
• Collaborate with TurboTax and Credit Karma teams to ensure cross-channel consistency and message alignment.
• Build and maintain a clear measurement framework, working with analytics to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run experiments to improve attach and retention.
• Partner with PMs and TPMs to ensure product readiness, cross-team communication, and on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Translate insights from customer data and research into actionable product and marketing improvements.
• Support GTM planning and communication for leadership, ensuring alignment across Money, Risk, and TurboTax teams.

Qualifications : 58 years of Product Management or Growth Marketing experience, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or e-commerce. Proven track record in go-to-market planning, growth experimentation, and funnel optimization. Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to drive decisions. Excellent cross-functional leadership able to partner effectively across Marketing, Product, Risk, and Design. Experience working with regulated financial products or complex cross-org launches is a plus. Clear communicator who can translate strategy into execution and rally teams around shared outcomes. Passion for solving real customer problems through innovation, empathy, and simplicity.
