Responsibilities

Customer Support : Provide top-tier customer service to clients in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Guidance : Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and assist them in making informed decisions that meet their needs.

Client Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their policies.

Documentation : Keep accurate records of all client interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Quality Assurance : Monitor and maintain service quality standards to uphold customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Licenses : Florida Property & Casualty License is a requirement to apply.Bilingual Skills : Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Customer Focus : Dedication to meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.Communication Abilities : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
