Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist to assist patients in obtaining coverage for prescription medications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications

Handle inbound / outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees

Utilize call center software for account research and updating notes

Required Qualifications

Must have recent insurance verification experience (1+ year preferred)

Previous experience with high-volume calls

Computer proficient and able to learn new software

High School Diploma or GED

Must have a quiet location at home to work
