Women's Locker Room Server

Austin Country Club, one of Texas's oldest and most distinguished private clubs, is seeking a professional full-time Women's Locker Room Server to join our team in Austin, TX. This is not simply a locker room-it is a lively and refined social hub where our female members gather for dining, card games, mahjong, stitching groups, and other activities. This full-time country club hospitality position offers $20 per hour . We also offer great benefits . This includes :

This hospitality position is full-time , with scheduling based on reservations and member activity. Saturday and Sunday shifts alternate weekly. The typical schedule is :

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOM SERVER

Light bartending or cocktail knowledge strongly preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Women's Locker Room Server, you will begin your day by preparing the space so it is spotless, fully stocked, and ready for member use. You will warmly greet members and their guests, offer assistance with lockers and personal requests, and ensure the environment remains comfortable and refined throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include providing food and beverage service, from taking orders and entering them into the POS system to delivering items promptly and preparing cocktails. You will also maintain refreshment stations, keeping snacks and beverages replenished and attractively presented. In addition, you will coordinate table reservations and set up spaces for activities such as card games, mahjong, and stitching groups, tailoring arrangements to member needs and preferences. At all times, you will uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and service.
