ServiceNow / Workday Connector SME

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow / Workday Connectors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical SME for ServiceNow and Workday connectors within the FastTrack program

Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices for integrating connectors with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance connector performance, reliability, and feature capabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience

4+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Workday integration

Experience with conversational AI platforms or extensibility frameworks

Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise integration

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI workflows is preferred
