Job Title : Accounting Clerk

Reports To : Senior Accounting Manager

FLSA Status : Hourly / Non-Exempt

Job Summary :

JL Hospitality Management is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities :

• Directly support Accounting Manager on various administrative tasks
• Manage accounts payables for a region of hotels into various software
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Complete various accounting tasks that can include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, daily income journals and payroll reporting.

Qualifications :

Full time position in office with benefits- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

NOTICE : The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be always projected.
