Own and manage customer renewals, targeting 97%+ retention
Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk while driving product adoption and engagement initiatives
Conduct regular customer check-ins and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
