ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The SQL Support Engineer will support a critical compliance initiative on a massive scale. You will be responsible for helping to review, triage, and respond to infrastructure alerts. You will partner with internal customers to remediate their issues and achieve compliance. You will also be responsible for some post remediation documentation and contribute to process improvement and automation whenever possible.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or 4+ years relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical support, or related role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent customer service skills
• Strong SQL experience – ability to write and amend complex queries; ability to review and optimize complex queries
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing preferred
• Experience in customer facing roles preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages for automation (Python or alternate)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
