In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of reporting and analytics products that empower organizations to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, define impactful product solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX / UI, and customer success to deliver measurable outcomes. Accountabilities :
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for reporting and analytics products, aligning with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand reporting, analytics, and data visualization requirements, translating them into actionable product solutions.
- Partner with engineering, data analytics, UX / UI, sales, and customer success teams to design, build, and launch products.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, prioritizing features effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting solutions, communicating vision and value internally and externally.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on reporting, analytics, or BI products.Strong technical knowledge of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.Proven ability to engage with customers to define requirements, identify desired outcomes, and deliver data-driven solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.Preferred : Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and familiarity with Clickhouse or other columnar databases is a plus.Understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices; experience with IDP technologies and document automation is desirable.Benefits
