Job descriptionManage resource allocation by reviewing, classifying, and approving internal service requests. Compile and consolidate workforce data from various sources to generate regular reports on headcount, cost, and capacity. Develop and present workforce planning forecasts and strategic insights to senior leadership. Monitor workforce trends and market conditions to inform long-term resource strategies. Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Ensure all resource management and supplier engagement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions. Oversee regular data cleanup and maintenance of internal resource databases to ensure accuracy. Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and semester-based reports on workforce metrics, project status, and cost tracking. Conduct financial calculations, such as monthly labor accruals and vendor cost tracking, to support budget management. Provide data-driven insights and presentations to support management decision-making and strategic planning. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 35 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or workforce planning roles. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workforce or project management software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain attention to detail. Understanding of compliance, labor regulations, and operational best practices.

Job Description
Job Summary The Manager of Strategic Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of external resources and supplier relationships. This position drives organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by overseeing resource requests, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires a strong focus on data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement to optimize business outcomes.

Vendor and Supplier Management
- Manage a portfolio of external service providers, including leading regular meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and operational issues.
- Negotiate and oversee contract renewals and ongoing service agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance and sourcing strategies.
- Lead strategic projects related to supplier management and outsourcing initiatives.
