Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Leasing Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in commercial leasing and possess a deep understanding of real estate leases and tenant representation. This role will involve providing legal guidance on leasing agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial office leasing agreements
• Provide legal advice on real estate leases and leasing practices
• Represent clients in tenant representation matters
• Review and analyze lease agreements for compliance and legal standards
• Assist clients in resolving disputes related to leasing agreements
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate leasing
