Job description
Supporting on-site events in various locations, the part-time Event Manager will manage OneCause technology, oversee staff, and ensure successful execution of customer events while being physically present for 10-12 hours at each event. Key responsibilities Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology Manage OneCause staff, including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff Provide on-site software training to clients and ensure optimal utilization of technology to maximize event revenue Required qualifications 2+ years of in-person customer service experience Experience with web-based software and basic troubleshooting skills Comfortable using smartphones and tablets (iPads/laptops/smartphones) Event, non-profit, or fundraising experience Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines
