Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records

Pay Rate :

$27 / hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment.

Schedule :

Four ten-hour shifts per week, Sunday Wednesday
