• Job Overview : \

We are seeking a civil or structural engineer that has a passion for bridge structures with design experience that thinks outside the box. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the construction engineering side of the business and willing to learn about constructability under the direct supervision of the firm's principal engineer.

• Duties : \
• Design and analyze bridge structures for structural lifting operations (SLO), support of excavation (SOE), and crane pick plans, including development of Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) schemes.
• Conduct technical writing for reports, proposals, and project documentation.
• Utilize tools like Microstation, AASHTOware, STAAD, & Microstation / AutoCAD
• Manage & Mentor junior staff members.
• Requirements : \
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license but will consider a candidate with their EIT that is confident enough to rise to the challenge given the opportunity.
• 5 -years experience in the field of design; bridge design preferred (AASHTO).
• Proficiency in finite element modelling.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
