Job description

Overview

The Manager, Dealer Operations leads a team dedicated to supporting Konica Minolta's dealer partners through accurate order processing, contract management, compensation tracking, and operational support. This role is responsible for driving improvements in dealer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and delivering strategic insights to enhance dealer performance and strengthen partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations related to dealer order processing, contract setup, pricing validation, and compensation tracking.
  • Manage a team responsible for dealer onboarding, documentation review, inquiry resolution, and SAP data entry.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of dealer contracts and incentive programs.
  • Act as the escalation point for dealer compensation issues and contract disputes.
  • Maintain and audit dealer master records, reconcile payouts, and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Legal to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with JSOX and other internal control policies.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline dealer operations and enhance the overall partner experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, sales support, or dealer / channel management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Experience working with dealer networks and managing contract and compensation processes.
  • Strong experience with SAP and CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealer operations, compensation structures, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).
  • Ability to interpret and manage financial and contractual data.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and operational accuracy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
