Overview :

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Client Billing to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in the world of agency finance. Our ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in how agencies and brands collaborate.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with all agency billing processes, including invoice creation, submission, and reporting

Support reconciliation of accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Collaborate with client operations teams on monthly reporting to ensure billing accuracy

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Work independently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Communicate clearly with internal teams and, when necessary, with clients

Provide support to the Billing Specialist and broader finance team as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

0–2 years of experience in a finance, billing, or accounts role preferred (agency experience a plus)

Strong Excel skills (formulas, formatting, basic pivot tables)

Excellent organization and time management abilities

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-starter mindset with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently
