What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors within a healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter inappropriate activity. Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management. Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as necessary to address incidents and maintain a secure environment. Document all incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements : A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
