El foco principal es la programación avanzada en Python. La experiencia en ML es valorada, pero no indispensable. Buscamos personas con sólida base en ingeniería de software, capacidad para adaptarse a entornos complejos y ganas de aprender y contribuir rápidamente en proyectos productivos.
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines escalables en Python para modelos de ML (desde ingestión hasta despliegue).
Colaborar con científicos de datos, ingenieros MLOps y stakeholders de producto para llevar investigación a producción.
Escribir código limpio y mantenible, participando en revisiones de pares.
Aplicar buenas prácticas de CI/CD, testing y despliegues en la nube.
Aprender y profundizar en sistemas distribuidos, MLOps y desarrollo de modelos de ML según sea necesario.
5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo profesional con Python.
Capacidad para leer, comprender y contribuir en codebases complejas.
Conocimientos en workflows de ML y librerías como scikit-learn, PyTorch o TensorFlow.
Experiencia en prácticas de ingeniería de software: versionado, testing, CI/CD.
Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
