Position Summary :

We are seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to help shape transformational decisions that will redefine how our organization operates, engages our community, and achieves sustained excellence on and off the field. In this role, you play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the Orioles. This role will help translate insights into action - shaping how the organization operates, engages with fans, and grows sustainably on and off the field. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and detail-oriented, with a passion for sports, business strategy, and using data to drive real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Game Plan (Business and Strategic Planning)

Assist in annual and multi-year business planning across functions (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships)

Conduct quantitative analyses and research to support key strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities

Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and technologies

Help maintain standardized tools, templates, and processes to improve organizational alignment and communication

Qualifications :

The anticipated salary for this role is $75,000-$100,000 annually depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
