Lowlander, a brewery and restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our hardworking and enthusiastic team. This role will also serve as the Bar Manager for Un Po Tipsy, the pizza concept located next door within the same building.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
- Training pay: $ to $
- Starting pay: $25/hour to $27/hour plus tips and service charges.
- Wage range for the position: $25/hour to $27/hour, plus tips.
- $27/hr, plus tips for bartending shifts (avg $20/hr in tips)
- $25/hr for admin shifts (inventory, ordering, etc.)
This is a tip pool house.
Requirements for the position:
- Minimum 1 year bar manager experience.
- At least 2 years of high-volume bartending experience.
- Possesses a creative and collaborative drink-making approach.
- Knowledge of food, drink recipes, local & European wine, and spirits.
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Experience managing/leading team members through service.
- Practices a hands-on and present, lead-by-example leadership approach.
- Working knowledge of restaurant financial procedures including menu cost/pricing, purchasing, and inventory procedures.
- Ability to use Excel.
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly with grace.
- Ability to adapt to changes in restaurant themes and service styles across different seasons.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends - No time off requests in June or July due to the World Cup.
