Key Responsibilities
Research healthcare continuing education and licensing requirements to maintain an accurate training library
Track changes in compliance, credentialing, and industry standards
Help design new certification programs and provide actionable recommendations for course updates
Required Qualifications
Curious and detail-oriented researcher
Comfortable navigating regulations and compliance policies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity
Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable programs
Builder's mindset, enjoying the creation of new initiatives
