Cash Applications Representative

A company is looking for a Cash Apps Representative I to manage cash application processes and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and manage account balances over 90 days past due

Process documentation and resolve account differences with customers

Communicate with customers regarding accounts and escalate large collections issues as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years' experience in cash applications

1+ years of related work experience preferred

Basic understanding of accounting processes preferred
