Learning and Development Program Manager

What you'll be doing

• Real-time tracking team member performance & engagement leveraging Business Intelligence
• Hosting virtual & in-person coaching opportunities that support employee development spanning leasing techniques, financial understanding, advanced sales skills and more.
• Promoting operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc.).
• Devising strategic learning plans targeting employee needs
• Build interactive learning content and deliver across company portfolio
• Support the growth of the internal peer-to-peer mentorship program
• Communicating regularly with support function leads and leadership in developing new and innovative best practices.
• Take ownership of the mystery shop program to align with sales enablement strategies, ensuring insights are leveraged to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
