Responsibilities
Conduct professional and engaging in-home sales presentations to potential customers
Promote multiple essential services and match the right product to each customer’s needs
Follow up on warm leads provided for certain product lines to accelerate sales success
Stay up to date on promotions, product offerings, and industry trends
Build lasting customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
Track daily activity and performance metrics while collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
Previous sales experience (door-to-door, direct sales, or retail) is highly valued
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
Organized and capable of working independently while managing time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within designated sales areas
